Kinfolk is a team of traditionally trained barbers who specialise is short hair, wet shaving and beard trimming.
 The shop is inclusive to all ages and genders. Our objective has always been to provide quality service and conversation, with a strong emphasis on community and respect.


Here at Kinfolk we have sourced a range of local Australian and New Zealand barbering products that we consider to be the utmost in industry quality. With a focus on plant based ingredients, our range of hair, skin and beard products are intelligently designed to be sensitive to your skin and to the environment. Our range is concisely curated, and we launch new products only in response to our clients needs.


Bookings can be made via our website. Please ensure your details are correct, so that you receive our notifications about your booking.
Cancellations may be made from the link in your confirmation email. Please cancel within four hours of the original booking, so there is adequate time for the space to be otherwise filled. We appreciate your cooperation on this, it helps the business run smoothly. PLEASE NOTE. We do not have a shop phone for bookings or cancellations, and we do not accept cancellations via hello@kinfolkbarbers.com. Bookings can be made online, and amended or cancelled via your confirmation email only.
Failure to cancel within the four hour time frame will result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of services booked to the nominated card entered at the time of booking.


We understand that occasionally things come up and you may need to miss your appointment. We urge you to please cancel your booking in advance from the link in your confirmation email. We are a very busy barbershop, and we hate to turn customers away when our calendar is full, only to have existing bookings not show up.

Clients will be obligated to pay 100% of the total cost of missed appointments. This will be charged to the card nominated at the time of booking. We ask you to remember that this is our livelihood and we strive to do excellent work and create a great experience for you, so please don’t waste our time.


We provide a premium service that generally takes the full amount of time allowed for each booking. Therefore lateness is not tolerated, as it means we cannot spend the appropriate amount of time to do the service well. If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, expect to be rescheduled for another day.
