Bookings can be made via our website. Please ensure your details are correct, so that you receive our notifications about your booking.
Cancellations may be made from the link in your confirmation email. Please cancel within three hours of the original booking, so there is adequate time for the space to be otherwise filled. We appreciate your cooperation on this, it helps the business run smoothly. PLEASE NOTE. We do not have a shop phone for bookings or cancellations. Bookings can be made online, and amended or cancelled via your confirmation email.
We understand that occasionally things come up and you may need to miss your appointment. We urge you to please cancel your booking in advance from the link in your confirmation email. We are a very busy barbershop, and we hate to turn customers away when our calendar is full, only to have existing bookings not show up. Don’t be that guy.
We feel it is tolerant enough to excuse a first missed booking, but a second will result in full payment of the service that was missed, with the possibility of up front payment for future bookings. We ask you to remember that this is our livelihood and we strive to do excellent work and create a great experience for you, so please don’t waste our time.
We provide a premium service that generally takes the full amount of time allowed for each booking. Therefore lateness is not tolerated, as it means we cannot spend the appropriate amount of time to do the service well. If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, expect to be rescheduled for another day.
