Here at Kinfolk we have sourced a range of local Australian and New Zealand barbering products that we consider to be the utmost in industry quality. With a focus on plant based ingredients, our range of hair, skin and beard products are intelligently designed to be sensitive to your skin and to the environment. Our range is concisely curated, and we launch new products only in response to our clients needs.
We understand that occasionally things come up and you may need to miss your appointment. We urge you to please cancel your booking in advance from the link in your confirmation email. We are a very busy barbershop, and we hate to turn customers away when our calendar is full, only to have existing bookings not show up.
Clients will be obligated to pay 100% of the total cost of missed appointments. This will be charged to the card nominated at the time of booking. We ask you to remember that this is our livelihood and we strive to do excellent work and create a great experience for you, so please don’t waste our time.
We provide a premium service that generally takes the full amount of time allowed for each booking. Therefore lateness is not tolerated, as it means we cannot spend the appropriate amount of time to do the service well. If you are more than ten minutes late for your appointment, expect to be rescheduled for another day, and charged as if it were a no-show.
