No-show/Lateness Policy: Clients are obligated to pay 100% of the total cost of missed appointments. This fee will be charged to the card nominated during the booking process.
Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for their bookings will be asked to reschedule and charged as if it we’re a no show. We will not provide a rushed service if you arrive late.
